I called this office with questions about a lab bill and received the reply "I don't know why you're calling us, this has nothing to do with us." I was also told by the Drs. receptionist that I call every time with a "chip on my shoulder" and that she could "bend over and touch my toes" and it still wouldn't make me happy. Also, they told me the wrong results on a blood test and then documented something different, and when I called to ask general questions about a procedure, the first thing I was told was "I'm confused as to why you're calling us, we have nothing to do with that."
