Put lens in my eyes. My life is a constant strugle to see glare is everywhere. Water's has no empathy or compassion. Was attacking and very assulting. Don't let him do to you what he has done to me.

Might have been a good doctor at one time , but he not now.Had to go to another doctor for help with my eyes.

Staff is great, but the Doctor is a jerk. I assumed I may have allergy eyes. AKsed nurse not to put drops in my eyes until he saw them. He came into the room and scolded me as you would a child because I would not let his assistant put drops in. Afterward he told me needed restasis and lectured in in great detail how we all face mortality and grow old and our body changes and we have to learn to accept these changes....blah, blah, blah. I finally stopped his rant with the fact that I am not so naive as to not realize all of this. He also inserted a small device in my eyelid and did not even ask first. Will never go back.

Dr. Waters has been my eye doctor for 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They treat me with respect and don't make me wait for my appointment. They're the best!

diagnosed my father-in-law with Ptosis and did surgical correction, failed to find cause which was a tumor behind the eye (diagnosed by another physician at Kresge Eye Institute), upon follow up visit with Dr Waters following surgery when told shown pathology report that showed lymphoma denied that the lymphoma could have had anything to do with ptosis
