The doctor and staff are amazing . We took our young son in for a broken wrist. This was very frightening for us. The staff was helpful, kind and understanding. Dr. Glaser took the time to show us the xrays explain treatment options and allowed my husband and I to participate in the decision making process regarding treatment. His waiting room was full and he did not make us feel rushed and made sure all of our questions were answered.

He may be a good doctor, but the office staff is horrible. He suggested I go to his Bixby location rather than the Tulsa office, because it was better managed. After waiting for almost an hour, I found out that the chick at the desk didn't see me sign in (isn't that the purpose of a sign in sheet?) and put me on the no-show list. As my punishment for her mistake, I had to wait until after every other patient was seen. Seriously. I would have walked had I not driven from out of town for this appointment. Word of advice - make sure they SEE you sign in, unless you just want to waste your day.
