Dr Krista is very skilled and knowledgeable and has helped me with a number of problems that no other chiropractor has been able to fix. I’m so glad I found her.

She told me I should be taking this vitamin and it was a cancer causing mineral. She told my husband he was crooked, he didn't have an appointment and he couldn't walk and she really did a lot of damage to him. I would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Krista is an excellent chiropractor, but her receptionists are ignorant, rude and extremely unhelpful. I had an appointment one Friday at 3.00 PM, I came there on time, and they told me that Dr. Krista is NOT there today. So I asked how come they did not call me about cancellation and they said: we switched you to Dr. Andrew. Well, I did not ask for male chiropractor, I do not want male chiropractor and I am not a piece of furniture they can shift as they want. And for this reason I will NEVER return to this office.

If you're looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about their work and helping people, Dr. Krista is an excellent choice. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to take the time to explain issues to her patients so they get the most benefit out of their visit. She is a doctor who truly wants to help her patients live better.

Dr. Krista is very knowledgable and helpful. She was very patient with my 4 year old daughter. We never felt rushed. Most importantly she helped my daughter with her pain.

I find Dr. Krista very helpful with my many physical problems. She is much better trained than any Canadian Chiropractors I have visited in the Grey-Bruce area. Also, I find that she is charming and has personality plus. She is a doctor who really, really cares for the welfare of her patients.

In reference to the previous posts, I have NEVER been to a doctors office when I didn't wait. Dr. Krista works on a patient and fixes them, sometimes this takes a little longer. I would rather have someone who cares, than someone who watches the clock contstantly.

Dr Krista is great, she has correctded all of my issues, Mrs Goertzen did not or possibly could not for many many years.

I agree with the previous post. Dr. Helen was awesome and Dr. Krista is a poor replacement. She is constantly behind without explanation or apology. When I asked her what we can do so that I don't have to wait an hour for her everytime, she told me to make a first-of-the-morning appointment. I did this, and she didn't even arrive at the office until 15 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled for and offered no apology/explanation. Very unprofessional. I have since found another chiropractor and will never see her again.

This chiropractor has a poorly run office. I had to wait an hour for my appointment without any apology or excuse. This is common. I much prefered her predecessor, Dr. Helen who had superior clinic skills and better manners. Also Dr. Ron Goertzen is much better and has much more experience and a more pleasant personality.
