Very nice,kind and does not rush through the appointment. My children like Dr Fletcher and his staff. Dr Fletcher also provides referals to excellent specialists when needed.

He was the rudest doctor I have ever seen. When I was telling him the things that were wrong w/ me he acted like he was overwhelmed. At one point he hit himself in the face and asked me "what do you want me to do about all this, I'm just a doctor!" I thought that was the job of the doctors to listen to you and try to find a solution!
