Dr Birdwell is a very kind and gentle doctor I really cant comment on the receptionist who was very unprofessional at times

The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Dr. Birdwell is always gentle and kind. He listens and pays attention to your needs. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. B since he started his practice behind the old Southwestern Hospital. That's been since about 1981 or 1982. He is and has been a very caring and compassionate doctor all these years. He really listens to me and makes me feel very confident to have him as my doctor. I know when he decides to retire there will NEVER be another doctor like him.

Have been going to him 30+ years and I wouldnt change for anything. Takes plenty of time with you so I never worry about waiting, cause I know he is doing the same thing for them. Good bedside manners and is a friend.

Dr. Birdwell takes time to really listen to his patients. The waiting room delay is a small price to pay for not being herded through like cattle. I plan to stay with Dr. Birdwell until he retires or I expire. :)
