Was my Dr. for 2 years. No complaints. However I think Cindy Rancourt Larowe who owns CR salon in Woodbury who a rude, narcissistic, b*tch wrote negative review below. She likes to gossip and speak ill of people. She’s so pathetic and has her mom and family write positive reviews of her salon. She’s full of herself. How sad having mommy write positive reviews. She colored my friends hair many years ago and did an awful job. When brought to her attention she had a really bad attitude and another stylist had to fix her hair.

I love Dr. Bindhu, she is very thorough and I adore Nicole also. I like the fact that most of my tests can be done at the office and I'm not sent all over the Valley.

I am 55 years old and Dr. Dey is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I really appreciate all she has done for me. Her office is great, the staff is always happy and helpful and organized. I am always recommending her to people that are looking for doctors.

This doctor is VERY RUDE and not good at her job! She never even finished my physical or intake exam. Argues and is combative EVERY TIME we see her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt each time I saw her until this last time. She wasn't having a bad day every time I saw her, she's is simply rude, combative, argumentative, and tactless, I am not impressed with her care either.. I asked the schedule person if she was having a bad day and the next time I came in I was interrogated by her for 5 min (naked IN A PAPER DRESS!!!) over why I had asked this. Her husband is NO GOOD either. Haven't seen him but my husband has and he went in many times for pain in his armpit with a family history of cancer and finally left this practice to find a better doctor and has discovered it's a TUMOR! RUN, and find someone else to provide you with health care, these 2 are NO GOOD!

I think she is wonderful. She open minded and supports the overall health and safety of,her patients. She never compromises integrity. However, her billing department is less than to be desired. They are very poor when it comes to billing and never return calls. It's almost impossible to get ahold of her billing department by phone.

I went to Dr. Dey several times feeling very, very poorly. She looked at my blood tests and saw nothing that looked abnormal. She dismissed me with a "Nothing seems to be wrong." She made me feel like it was all in my head even though I had some very obvious problems. I will not be going back to her and will find a new primary care doctor.

The office staff at this office has become terrible over the past few years. They first booked me with the wrong doctor, although I've seen the same one for 7 years. Then they never submitted the required specialist referral that they told me they would take care of. Months had passed before my specialist informed me that insurance would not cover the visit without the referral, which is the only reason I even found out that it was never submitted by Dr. Dey's office. Now too much time has passed for my insurance to accept a referral, I'm attempting an appeal, but it sounds like I'll just get stuck paying the full amount for the specialist visit. It was inconvenient to get stuck with an appointment with the wrong doctor, but getting stuck with a bill that should've been covered is enough to make me change doctors altogether. The unfortunate part is that both of the doctors are great, but the office staff's service is awful.
