Just finished my second procedure for having my pituitary tumor removed. Dr Jack Sedwick was an integral part of my surgery team both times. 5 Stars for Dr Sedwick and Staff, as they have been so easy to work with and so helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions.

Our family has used physician in the past with success. However, recent surgery did not resolve the medical issue, and neither the physician or surgical staff was available in the recovery room for any type of updates, information or questions following the procedure. Unfortunately, I will be researching a new physician to resolve the medical issue that I just underwent surgery for. I would not recommend this physician for your medical needs.

I have been having sinus issues for the past 3 years. Saw an ENT on base 2 yrs ago, and was not happy. Got a referral to go off base and chose Dr. Sedwick because I have heard good things from the doctor I work for and some patients. The initial visit was quick, but thorough, and he ordered a CT scan. After the scan, I came back and he took the time to show me and explain to me what I was looking at and told me that surgery can fix this. My surgery is tomorrow, so I will write another review for post-operative care, but so far, I couldn't be happier!

I don't get what the previous reviewers are writing about, because I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind. I have had several appointments there and my recent one was to remove the cast. The nurses are really silly, smart, and lighten the mood and Dr. Sedwick is a gentleman and engaging. While I was recovering I received several phone calls from his staff asking how I was feeling and if I had any questions, which I wasn't excepting. It was a happy surprise. I have recommended Dr. Sedwick to a few family members already!

Absolutely RUDE nurse Gloria that works there. Condescending and dismissive. Always feel horrible every time I leave the office. The Doctor is kind and understanding but needs a new nurse pronto! Thinking about switching doctors just due to her constant attitude!

I have never had a chance to see the doctor, because after waiting for 25 min I had left. Very rude, considering it was my very first appointment in response to his advertisement. I was also surprised when the nurse tried to take charge of my visit. I was not sick and the visit was for cosmetic reason. I guess they have not figured out yet that real patients(who need medical help) and visitors who want to "to look as young as they feel"(paying big bucks), require different treatment aka respect.
