Very unfriendly staff. Put into a "consultation" room on first visit. It was actually a storage room, dirty, full of old files on floor. I was told to take off bra and top and given a bib. Examined in storage room, held breast while listening to heart and said inappropriate comment. Arrogant and degrading doctor. Currently looking for another.

I had an appt. at 10 am. After 45 minutes I finally went to the desk to complain and 2 other people came forward saying they also were booked for the same time. The staff told us "that's the way we book spots. Never again! I do not recommend this office/Dr. at all. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

This is NOT a good Dr. He strictly follows AACE guidelines, rather than treating patients as individuals with individual needs. Makes you wait forever to see you, rushes in, takes blood sample, disappears somewhere to read it, leaving you in exam room forever, then he comes back and rushes through seeing you. My blood sugar readings never aligned with his and he always brushed it off as not important. Got very defensive when I questioned my treatment. Staff is borderline user friendly in a bland sort of way. Office is extremely messy, old and rundown. This is NOT a good Doctor. SSTM

Makes you wait a long time, then when it's your turn, breezes through your exam. At my first exam, where I had to take off all my clothes, he actually made a remark about how I had some hair growing back on my genital region (I shave it and he asked "You shave?" and I said yes and then he said "You have some hair there.") Not up-to-date with current treatments and not very good with communication. Only one step up from public healthcare. Do not see this guy.

Has very strict rules regarding medication refills and other aspects of his practice. Example: at each visit you must leave with a refill for enough medication to last until your next appointment. No problem, right? Well, Dr. Hsu himself cancelled my husband's appointment and never called to reschedule, so my husband called him. By the time he was able to get an appointment he ran out of Metformin for his diabetes. Dr. Hsu refused to even order two doses to hold my husband over until his appointment the next day, even though it was the doctor himself who was responsible The doctor would not come to the phone or talk to my husband, sending all messages through his receptionist. My husband is an extremely compliant and motivated patient and did nothing to deserve this treatment. My husband terminated the relationship with Dr. Hsu.
