Dr. Kind is a compassionate and talented reconstructive surgeon. He listens to his patients, patiently answers all questions, and is a real "people person". He has a wonderful PA, Marie Uy, but Dr. Kind is very accessible. They helped me through a difficult year of breast cancer surgery and reconstruction. The whole staff is very professional and helpful. Top notch all around!!!

Dr. Kind lives up to his name. He performed a DIEP reconstruction following my bilateral mastectomy. During all phases of treatment, from explaining the procedure, through follow up, he listened to and addressed my concerns. I had a smooth recovery with excellent results. Because I had realistic expectations (e.g. breasts would not look or feel the same as the original equipment) I was not disappointed. However, the shape and feel of the breasts are very similar to my natural breasts -- only the nipples look different. The office staff was superb in arranging the surgery for when I wanted it, and I had no difficulty with follow up appointments
