Staff extremely friendly and helpful. But doctor is un knowledgeable and unhelpful. I had to wait a couple months while having very poor health and not knowing what is going on with my body - lost 30lbs in 8 months w/o trying, lungs burning, heart out of rhythm, anxiety, skin shriveling up and thinning. I LOOK very unhealthy even. Jackson comes in , says I’m just under stress and “Maybe you need to talk to someone.” Instead of noticing or saying anything about how much weight I have lost or hearing me out he disregards me! And says I just need a shrink. In the meantime I have gotten further tests from other doctors who are quite concerned and have put me on long term antibiotics because my blood tests revealed many viruses in me and elevated levels of other th8ngs going on. jackson would have let me die!

Dr Jackson refused to listen to my concerns. When I tried to discuss my symptoms with him he told me I was fine. Refused to change my medication despite current research only believes in synthetic T4 refuses to even test T3 levels or consider any other medications

Dr. Jackson is now part of WVU. Very rude and won't pay attention to patient concerns. I think he is mostly knowlegable, but I can't tell if that is him or just his ego.

i would not recomend this doctor to anyone. he is arrogant, rude and dissmissive of patients concerns. when i showed him some research about different thyroid drugs he asked me who my primary doctor was. i awnsered him, and he told me to go back to her, and walked out of the room. then a month later billed me for the appointment (he walked out within the first minute or two)also, he insisted on keeping me on medication that made me feel horrible. i will not be going back to him, and i do not recomend him.
