waited an hour and half outside and another 45 mins inside the exam room. felt that the visit was not worth the wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanders for 3 years and never really liked her as my doctor, but I only went once a year, so it was no big deal. Recently I have had abnormal PAP results and had to have a biopsy done. I didn't know I had an abnormal PAP until 2 months later and I waited 3 1/2 months to find out my biopsy results were abnormal too! For every 7-8 times I called, I'd get a call back. When I finally got to speak with Dr. Sanders, there was no apology, she just told me it was abnormal and transfered me to the receptionist to make an appointment. It was the receptionist who told me what was wrong and what procedure I had to do next. I will not go back there for that procedure and know I have been waiting over a month to get my records. Don't go to Dr. Sanders!!!

She kept me waiting at least 45 min - 1 hour for each appt, and was unapologetic when I mentioned the inconvenience. I had some tests done, and she would not return my calls (7 calls over 3 weeks) to give me the results. I finally just made an appt to discuss the results, and she lost half of them and didn't understand the rest. These were basic fertility tests. I have since moved on to a wonderful OB/GYN.

I asked several questions that were not answered by Dr. Sanders. Even if what I was experiencing was normal and not an issue, I think she should have addressed that. I did not appreciate having my questions ignored.
