My child has been going to Dr. Alaswad for a few years now and his stomach health has drastically improved. Alaswad is knowledgeable on the pediatric stomach function. His extensive knowledge lead my son to get back on his normal diet in a matter of months.

When Dr. Alaswad speaks, you are to listen. Evidently the question is a rhetorical one. If you try to answer it, he's already moved on. The parent is left with the feeling that what they think, or have observed isn't important. Our last visit with him, he stated that he thought our child's problem was related to "behavior." I don't recall him having a license to practice psychiatry. He still had the nerve to tell us to come back in a few weeks, when he evidently didn't seem to have any intention of finding out what was really wrong. We reported our experience to our child's pediatrician, and she agreed that returning to him would be a waste of time. IF he would actually listen to the parents, he'd be a better doctor. But, his downfall is failing to listen. In all fairness, he did address our child's symptoms. But, he failed to rule out the real cause for our child's symptoms, other than his diagnosis of "behavior". For that, we will be seeking another referral.

He actually laughed at me, to my face, when I told him that I thought the probiotic supplement my daughter was taking was helping her. His staff is also rude.

Physician is outstanding. The office personnel, specifically Kayla and Casey, are rude and unprofessional.
