I’m not a patient registered at this practice but had reason to require the services of Dr Cruickshank for minor surgery. This was performed promptly and professionally. His kindness and manner could not have been better. Thank you.

My mother visited him whilst on holiday in Braemar, she had a disabled sticker on car and had to wait for him returning from lunch for her appointment. there were five people witnessed this awful behaviour from a so called professional Doctor. First We were the only ones in the car park, he was late for my mums appointment, then when he did return from lunch and saw us parked in disabled spot, he stopped his car in middle of road and glared at us intently for a few minutes before speeding in alongside us obviously furious we were parked in the disabled spot as I assume this is where he normally parks. He got out his car and mouthed his displeasure so my Brother in law got out to chat with him. the doc raved that we were in his spot and was awfully terribly rude. My brother in law explained to him that we had disabled sticker and that it was disabled spot where was the problem, the doc explained it was cos our car was two centimetres into the other spot that one he was forced to park in.....even although the car park was completely empty apart from us. I would say it was so ridiculous it was funny but it wasnt funny for all of us to witness this behaviour from a village doctor.He is a very rude and ridiculous man that practices medicine with no bedside manner whatsoever.......

He is patronising and quick to make judgements. He is very rude and often inappropriate. He has little knowledge of many basic conditions. He is always late and always makes conversation about unrelated topics. Maybe if he showed as much interest in people's health as he does in their cars then he might be a good doctor.

This man could not do enough to help me when I became ill whilst on a motorcycling trip with a friend. He is a true gent and definitely is an asset to Braemar and the surrounding area.

Rudest Doctor ever - you'd be better off going to somewhere else even if you have to drive all the way back to Aberdeen. This guy is impressively unprofessional and patronizing with his patients. He might be a bit of a xenophobe too, so if you're foreign, definitely find someone else. The receptionist is very kind, but that's all he has going for him.
