I don't know where to start... Dr. Acacio and his outstanding staff know the position each of their patients are in. From the moment we stepped into his office for our free consultation, we felt we were in the right place! My wife is now 12 weeks pregnant (after our first IVF procedure) and we couldn't be more thrilled or appreciative for all how it all worked out.

This chapter in anyone's life is a difficult one, but having a team of professionals that know what they're doing and treat you with compassion... it's priceless. I was referred by my friend to Dr Acacio. We were struggling to conceive our second child for last five year. Dr Acacio is extremely competent, professional and very caring. He and his team helped us in achieving our second pregnancy. They treated us with the great kindness and respect. They were always available to us, answered all of our questions. Dr. Acacio and his staff were wonderful. It was a long road getting here but after one cycle of IVF, my wife is pregnant with twins and we can't be more excited. Dr. Acacio knows his stuff and is really works with to make you fill knowledgeable and safe. We will definitely return to him when the time comes to add to our family. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to trust and help with beginning a family.

We had a failed IVF attempt with a different doctor in Orange County and started researching different doctors and stumbled across Dr. Acacio. We loved that his consultation was free and we immediately felt comfortable with how knowledgeable Dr. Acacio was at our consult. He already had our file memorized and his staff was really friendly from the beginning as well. We ended up transferring all our embryos to his office and we were super impressed with his embryologist! We started our FET process in November and here I am 10 weeks pregnant with our first baby! We couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Acacio and his staff and we will be seeing them again for our next round!

I had tried another doctor for an IVF in a different state. I moved to Bakersfield and Dr. Acacio has a satellite office there. He is there every other Friday. However, most of the procedure was done in Laguna Niguel, so we had to drive for all the appointments. It is worth it, he is the best. He accurately pointed out some of the serious mistakes done by the other doctor. We did one cycle with him, and was unsuccessful. After this first cycle, he recommended some studies and the results indicated some blood clotting predisposition. So I took some blood thinners for the second IVF. I am pregnant right now!!! After all my experience (total 3 IVF cycles), I would encourage you to carefully select your Doctor. It can make a huge difference, and that means either you get pregnant or not. I strongly recommend you to talk with Dr. Acacio if you have been with another Doctor and you have not been successful. He is very professional, and knowledgable.

Dr. Acacio and his staff were very warm and reassurring. We tried to get pregnant with our second baby on our own and with the help of our OB for a total of 1.5 yrs and nothing worked, BUT one try of IUI with Dr. Acacio worked! He was very thorough in explaining everything to us and in the steps he had us take to ensure a strong pregnancy. He put my fears, worries, and self-blame to rest in the first appt with all kinds of stats and information that made me feel better. Dr. Acacio was also very available - I emailed him a quick & minute question and he got back to me within a few hours personally. It was very comforting to know he was on our side. I would recommend him without any reservations to everyone!

I would reccommend Dr. Acacio and his staff and facility to anybody who may have had a misscarriage or even just wanting to seek help and find out everything is fine. All my visits were very pleasant and all the staff was helpful all the time, day or night but phone or text. Only one time i had to wait past my schedule appointment but then it was only 10 minutes. They just make sure you are comfortable and help you with anything you need. I would use them again in a heartbeat and can't wait to share pictures of my baby in the future.

This clinic has incredible combination of kindness and professionalism, experience and spirituality.  Doctor Acacio has special gift to feel people and to create incredible humane international professional team . Our medical situation was quite complicated - habitual genetic miscarriages, our age-older than 40years both,bad IVF history.True to say, we had almost no hope.We decided to try one last time.All preparatory  treatment for me  and for my donor was greatly organized from the beginning.  The pharmacy collaborating with Acacio clinic was also very friendly and  efficient.I can not imagine better solution for my family than Acacio Fertility Center in Laguna Niguel CA.I would surely recommend this wonderful doctor and his  clinic to all desperate couples because now I  am pregnant with beautiful healthy twins from the first trial of transfer-2 embryos.I want to express my highest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Brian Acacio and all his team - who made this moment possible.

Acacio Fertility went above and beyond my expectations. They created a specialized treatment plan that met my individual reproductive needs. Dr. Acacio and his staff treats the whole patient. They were there with me every step of the way through my treatments and I felt totally supported. I worked with 3 Reproductive Endocrinologists before finding Dr Acacio and am so grateful I did. I am happy to report that to Dr. Acacio, I am now 8 weeks pregnant! Dr. Acacio loves what he does, and it shows. He is an extremely gifted, double board certified, physician. Dr Acacio is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through infertility. After many failed ivf cycles at another facility, Dr Acacio was able to get me pregnant. After having my first child, he was able to get me pregnant with my 2nd, and now third child with each following cycle. Sylvia, the head nurse, is absolutely amazing. She is works hard, is caring and passionate about what she does. Dr Acacio and his team has been nothing but wonderful to me.
