Prescription ordered a.m. of Monday 29th January and delivered by nominated pharmacist on Tuesday 30th. One of the items I had ordered was missing . I contacted the pharmacy and was informed said item had not been ordered by the surgery. Phoning the surgery to make enquiries resulted in what I can only describe as a confrontation with the receptionist who insisted repeatedly that the oder I had put in had only been made by me on the morning of Tuesday 30th. She further claimed that she herself had phoned the order through to the pharmacy, but this claim has been denied by the pharmacy. I can only conclude that I have been lied to and made to feel humiliated and questioning my own sanity!

Dr Dugan has done everything to ensure my condition is treated and monitored.. Dr Dugan (junior) worked his lunch to give my daughter an urgent appointment. First class care all round.

Absolute joke of a place, the reception staff are so ignorant and the doctors never follow up with anything

Always very helpful GPs, nurses and admin staff. This is why people stay loyal for years.

I rang the surgery today on behalf of my mother enquiring about when the surgery would be giving out the flu jab , i was told quite abruptly by the receptionist that letters would be sent out shortly with a time to come in, when i asked would that be this week for the letters i was told "no not this week" well sorry don't use the word "SHORTLY" if it's not going to be soon ! Other surgerys are already giving out the jab for over a week now but again this surgery is lagging behind obviously because Dr Dugan is never there to keep on top of things and to give the patients who are his "bread and butter" the service that they deserve. My mother is over 75 so therefore wouldn't want to start changing doctors at this stage in her life

Dr Dugan was lovely and caring years ago but now IF you do get to see him you are in and out of his room and he doesn’t even make eye contact. and for the receptionist they think they are doctors and all they do is moan and pull faces there is no empathy at all from them

I have been a patient of Dr Dugan for about 20 years and find him to be a brilliant doctor and very friendly. A lot of people need to understand that the doctors in every surgery are under pressure with all the cuts being made to the Health Service, so I would kindly ask the people with all their negativity towards Dr Dugan and his staff to realise there are difficult times ahead for everyone and to accept they might have to wait an hour or so because of patients who are unable to go to the surgery.

Ive been at this surgery for years and it is just getting worse every time i go, really considering leaving. I always show up on time for my appointments and still have to sit and wait at least an hour every single time. Dr dugan is very rarely in the surgery and the rest of the doctors are locums. I have an extensive list of things wrong with me on alot of medication and when the dla forms went to him he filled in that there was nothing wrong with me and im on no medication at all!!! It is so frustrating every time i go to the surgery it is so busy, staff can be very rude brcause they are under so much pressure and there is also a terrible smell of poo in the surgery for about the past 6 months. This place really needs a good shake up as they are letting their patients down at this stage.

Long waiting times for Dr dugan who always seems to be in late. Shabby old facilities. Takes ages for any paperwork delaying driving licence and dla applications. Reception staff are overworked and not very empathetic to patients' problems.

Dr Dugan is a very good doctor. When my husband was suffering from depression he even got a specialist to come out to our house to make sure my husband was treated without any further delay. It was a long uphill struggle but if Dr Dugan had not taken the initiative and done this my husband would not have taken the help needed for his recovery. Have great respect for him.
