I was fortunate to have Dr. Richards at one of the worse times of my life. I was dealing with a concussion and WCB. Both were traumatic for me. He was supportive, listened and had a collaborative approach to my health issues. He was very approachable, humane, and someone that seemed to understand. I highly recommend him and am very sad that he moved to Richmond BC.

Great doctor, listens, efficient, effective, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. One of the best doctors I've ever met and I'm in my 70's. My only complaint is that I'm in Calgary and Dr. Richards is moving to BC - I'll miss his professionalism and wish him all the best.

Orders a bunch of unessarry tests, dosen't remember anything from the last appointment session. Assumes to know what you need and dosent listen to the patients input or concerns. Do not be fooled, he is an incompetent Dr.

We have been very fortunate to have Dr. Richards as our family doctor. He is extremely intelligent and always asks good questions to understand the situation. He will consult with specialists and other doctors if necessary. We find him to be very thorough, and will keep working on a problem until it is corrected. He is focused on healthy living habits and will make recommendations to help. He is connected to the University of Calgary - and many student doctors have learned from Dr. Richards. Fantastic doctor - and a wonderful, helpful staff.

I went to emergency and Dr. Richard was very helpful and thorough and here is a word to those worry about his bedside manner. Good Docs are focused on your health not PR. He did follow up for me until my Doctor in Brooks returns from holiday. I feel i was well cared for in the Bassano emergency!

Incompetent. Likes to give you lots of lab tests. Does not seem to really know what to do with the results. Does not remember anything about the last visit.

Very Hard working. Does the tests and referrals needed to get to the correct diagnosis. My family is very thankful to have him as our doctor.
