It was the first time I was seen by Dr Amarin. He was interested in my issues and gave me sufficient time to explain and then provided advice and a plan ahead. I was very impressed with his gentle and professional manner.

this is a formal complaint to Carlton House Surgery Enfield

hi from Mr Webster today's date is the 19th of March 2021
dealing with Carlton House Surgery in Enfield is a disgusting and discriminating way to spend an hour because of their disgusting policies and their antiquated people that they hire I have found that it can be a traumatic experience dealing with this surgery
and I've also spoken to other patients of the surgery who have told me some horrendous things about it and the quality of care that they received from the surgery
and the type of people that work there today's date is the 19th of March 2021 my experiences of Carlton House Surgery started approximately 12 to 15 weeks ago trying to deal with the imbeciles that work for MEDICUS HEALTH PARTNERS – CARLTON HOUSE when you go there to Carlton House and you try and find out who you have to be dealing with and what you have to do to get things sorted out unbelievable nightmare first of all when you speak to people there even on the front desk they don't understand that MEDICUS HEALTH PARTNERS works there an example of this I went to Carlton House yesterday 18th of March 2021 spoke to a black lady on reception who didn't even understand that MEDICUS HEALTH PARTNERS worked there but as usual with the dumb unintelligent uni they will make out as though it's a big misunderstanding I wonder if they're going to miss understand my letters to the Quality Care Commission I am not a patient of Carlton House Surgery but I have to deal with the imbeciles of MEDICUS. dealing with the imbecile Sam she can't even get prescriptions sorted out and she's also telling pharmacists mr vishal kapadia gphc 2218168 when I can have a prescription totally undermining the doctor that I spoke to previously at an appointment even though I am on long-term medication for my blood pressure and my diabetes and I haven't even been offered a covid-19 jab when I placed my repeat prescription with the pharmacist on Monday the 15th of March 2021 I expected to get my long-term medication prescription on the 17th of March 2021 but this wasn't the case. I'm told by the pharmacist on that day but I cannot have my long-term prescription because Sam said so this power-crazed little office worker who seems to be in charge of prescriptions is telling my doctor and my pharmacist what my medical needs are in all the decade that I dealt with these power-hungry little nobody's who seem to think because someone at a surgery has had a stupid moment and left them in charge the bay connect anyway they like little Nazis. I have had to come up to Carlton House 5 times to try and sort out one prescription I've spoken with the manager Nicky who has some very dubious policies in place the reason I'm making this formal complaint today the 19th of March 2021 to Carlton House is because of these dubious policies example of the bad policies at Carlton House I am not a patient of Carlton House so I am not allowed to use the toilet. at Carlton House as a human being I've pointed this out to Nicky the manager there and her staff on several occasions that because I have kidney stones I need to use the toilet and then they have a person who goes in and checked the toilet after I use it but not after other people use it that is discrimination. and Nikki the manager knows it and the reason she knows it because I pointed it out to her yesterday the 18th of March 2021 when I had to come down for the 5th time to try and get my long-term repeat prescription filled the pharmacist gave me a 7-day top-up to cover me because of the stupidity levels at Carlton House this is not the first time this has happened the second time or even the third not only do I have to deal with the disgusting behaviour from Carlton House Surgery staff but I also have to put up with the imbeciles of MEDICUS Healthcare partners not knowing what they're doing hopefully the Care Quality Commission will be able to help me with this formal complaint.

Amazing doctor! The best in the whole world. Anyone would be lucky to even meet this man. A saint and a winner. Patients don't realise how lucky they really are.
