Dr. Jewer did not listen upon my post op visit. Told him about numbness in two of my fingers. He ignored and didn’t even examine same. Wanted to do other wrist. Wasn’t comfortable. Got referral to another doctor who did order and MRI on neck. Results showed pinched nerves in neck. Operation by Dr. Jewer was unnecessary.

Breast reduction. If I can stop even one person from having this done with him it will be worth the review. I'm sure he is fantastic in other areas but he made a mess of me. I am so different now on each side that I believe he must have trained a new surgeon on my right side without telling me. I guess it's the Health Sciences Ctr and they do sometimes train new surgeons this way. If he did actually do both himself, that's almost worse again. All the comments about no bedside manner and rudeness were said to me beforehand but I went with him in spite of that because I heard he was the best. No, not so much. Right one is smaller, different shape and now has what he called a 'dog ear' (extra skin due to improper cuts and stitches) on the side. Wrecked cleavage area. Devastating surgery.

Been seeing Dr. Jewer since I was born with cleft palate. He has done 12 of my surgeries and I am so very thankful for him. He has been so through and really took the time to help me look the way that I have wanted to. Because of him I frequently donate to Operation Smile, so he could help children like me.

Fabulous doctor. Very forward, professional and Knowledgable. He did an exceptional job removing the melanoma from my back. My scar is perfect. After multiple melanoma removals, I found him to be the most precise- which is exactly what I wanted in a surgeon.

Was referred due to a cyst in my arm causing nerve pain. Was very rude to me and said he would need to do another test. That was 6 months ago. Called back to ask when appointment would be and they refused to give me any information regarding that.

The worst doctor. saw him for 2 minuets while he rudely told me that i was fat and too fat to have surgery to a young girl.

He did not help me at all , I came with severe pain he didn’t care , he did not even talk to me or stay in the room to look at my injury or speak to me about it, he stood there for just a second. I went home with my pain without any medication or healing advice or relief of any sort. He just stressed me out and completely lacked empathy.

Had a Suzuki frame put on my finger which is now removed and my finger is almost back to 100%. Excellent doctor and staff all around. Highly recommend. Seen a review about him having bad bedside manners, I would strongly disagree as I thought he was quite funny and polite. Thanks again Dr. Jewer and staff!
