Outstanding practitioner - visiting patients during time off

This surgery booked an appointment for my grandad I specifically asked for Doctor Sepai, When we arrived we had a locum doctor :( I wasnt too pleased as I wasnt told at the time of booking. The doctor in question stood around for 15 minutes chatting in reception and therefore grandad was late. He is quite nervous (aged 78) and any alterations make him go into overdrive. When I complained re the service and asked for the email of the Practice manager I was told all emails go throught the dispenasry! The doctor in question did not iform grandad what he thought his ailments may be and we are still none the wiser. Pretty rubbish from my point of view

Excellent GP. very caring and thorough. But, the only gripe is that he is NEVER on time. The worst I've waited is 75 mins. The best is 25 mins.

Dr Tehmton Sepai Really knows his work, is caring and patient, and works late every night making sure all his patients in our community are really well cared for. He often goes over and above the call of Duty. A real Diamond. I would Highly recommend him to anyone
