I've been going to Dr. Mosch for about 5 years and have decided to change doctors for the following reasons. First and foremost his staff are rude and act as if the patients are an inconvenience to them. Second, Dr. Mosch doesn't focus on the individual. He's always in a hurry and rushes through his appointments, even though you end up waiting on average 45-60 minutes beyound your scheduled appointment time. This tells me he is trying to see to many patients. I don't feel like he is really taking the time needed to provide quality care. His PA's Martina & Diana are a better at providing personal attention, although the wait is no better.

We are new patients of Dr. Mosch and could not be more pleased with his bedside manner, knowledge, attention to detail and follow-up. We have recommended Dr. Mosch to several friends. I trust him completely for our healthcare.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr Mosch for the last 8 years. Never had any problems with staff or Dr Mosch or his partners (DR's and nurse practioners). He is professional and considerate and he listens to what you have to say. I have had to wait on occasions but quality outweighs promptness any day.

My son & I are new patients of Dr. Mosch. We found him to be very polite and professional. My son actually said he very glad we had such a nice doctor as a PCM. I don't mind a short wait for good results for myself & family.

All I know is I had the "real" flu with one already daiagnosed case in the family, and my own Dr. could not/would not see me for days. So I take my Mother-in-law for her appt. at Dr. Mosch's office and he ends up treating us BOTH even though I was not "his" patient, so I would not end up at CentraCare! How many Dr.s would do that? He showed mercy and graciousness and actually cared. My own Dr. is impossible to get in to see. His staff is a bit unprofessional and curt. My mother in law had gone personally to make an appointment but still, there was no "record" of it and they had to reschedule. It worked out for me, as it was this rescheduled appt. that resulted in us both getting treated!

I have recently become a patient of Dr. Mosche and have gone to see him on two occasions. On the whole he seems pretty good so far. He is always very nice and friendly though very brief. On my first visit I told him I wanted to get completely checked out since I had not been to the Doctor's in 6 years...I saw him for 15min before he simply said I looked healthy. I do have to agree with others that his office staff can be very rude sometimes and are usually inattentive. And both times I had to wait 30-45min past my appointment time before I actually saw Dr. Mosche (So bring something to read). But Despite these annoyances I would still recommend Dr. Mosche to a friend.

I think Dr. Mosch is a wonderful doctor, there may be a wait at time but he makes sure to give you the attention you need and seems to do whatever he can to satisfy everyone. His back staff is always ontop of things and attending to us quickly(not to mention make you feel like they actually care). Only downfall is his office manager who is completely unprofessional, I've heard her speak to people like they were five year olds. Aside from that, the rest of the staff, his adorable PA's, & Dr. Mosch himself make it a pleasant expierance. No doctor's office will ever be perfect, it needs to be expected, these people seem to do their best!
