Absolutely terrible doctor. My biggest problem with him is instead of just educating his patients on how to safely and properly take anxiolytic (xanax, vallium, klonopin, etc.) and opiate pain medication like an intelligent and good doctor that wants to help his patients, he flat out refuses to prescribe either of these medications because he is afraid of any sort of ramifications on his license. Instead of prescribing me something for my anxiety his office told me I needed to see a psychiatrist for my anxiety. That psychiatrist promptly put me on a cocktail of medications for my anxiety and depression that caused me to have a severe mental breakdown and to be admitted into a psychiatric ward. Where if he had just prescribed me xanax or something close to it, none of that ever would have happened, so I absolutely blame his office for that. The next problem I have is he is extremely fake. He throws up this smile that is painful to look at because you know it is absolutely fake and he is trying to put up his facade because he has to. Another thing is that he dresses extremely unprofessionally. His clothes are way too tight and things that only his wife should see are not left to the imagination with his patients. Honestly I was disgusted by it when I saw him for the first time. Also on my first visit (I have a plethora of health problems that I have little control over like herniated discs with sciatica and two back surgeries and kidney stones, etc.) he literally flat out told me that "I made his heart sad." seriously who says that to another human being for things they can't control, let alone a doctor to his patient? That really pissed me off and I essentially lost all respect for him as a human being let alone a doctor right then at that moment. He also requires a doctor's visit to refill essential maintenance drugs like blood pressure and antidepressant medications, because all he wants is your money, nothing more, nothing less. Overall he is a terrible doctor that cares nothing for his patients and only cares about money and his bottom line. Honestly should not be in practice. Do not go see him if you value your time, self-worth and health.

Fortunately, I have only had to visit Oviedo Family Medical Center one time to realize I will never go back. I went to Dr. David Mosch's office because I was due for a routine physical. I made my appointment, and like other reviews have stated, I waited for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. Despite the fact that I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time. Dr. Mosch suggested I pay $20 for blood work to be done in office. I opted for Quest Diagnostics because under my current insurance, physicals (including blood work) are of NO COST to me. I went to Quest, finished the bloodwork, and received a follow up call from Oviedo Family Medical Center. Weeks later I received A BILL from Quest and the medical office. My insurance provider told me that the codes/information were incorrect and could be taken care of IF the Dr's office corrected the information. I called the office and left a message with Pat from billing, who never returned my call. I went in person to DR. MOSCH'S office the next business day to speak with Pat about the problem, and was Degraded by the RUDEST STAFF I have ever encountered. I explained to the staff what my insurance provider told me and the woman at the front counter, a short lady with red hair and glasses, completely refused my request. AND then slammed the glass partition in my face! I was also confronted by the Manager Cindi, a woman who was beyond rude, was obnoxious, and who absolutely undermined my request. I then requested to speak (AGAIN) with Pat from Billing in person, and instead the woman behind the little glass window (with no knowledge of billing) told me that what they did was correct. Needless to say I left having gained NOTHING from the experience beside the unnecessary bruises to my character. The problem was NOT SOLVED nor was it handled professionally in any way. A word to the wise, there are plenty of medical providers in Oviedo and surrounding areas. Don't subject yourself to the incompetencies of this office.

The staff are 1000% better than my last primary care doctor. I try to get there 30-45 minutes early and usually get in to see a nurse and/or Samantha before the scheduled time.

I have been going here for 10 years and it has been on a steady decline. They constantly make mistakes and there seems to be no communication between people. I can talk to one person and get one bit of info only to get conflicting info 5 minutes later from another person. They seems to make a mistake 50% of the time whenever I try and do anything!

Terrible front office manager. Dr. Mosch will do much better without her.

I have to say this doctor is the best in town, I literally dropped another doctor due to lack of everything. Dr. Mosch was very attentive, listened to us, he explained things to us and we felt so comfortable with him, I even booked my apt for next week! Not seeing my husband before he had his stroke he was able to tell us what we needed to do and watch out for, he explained the care my husband will receive. Thank you Jennifer and Dr. Mosch!

I agree with the other comments that indicate how bad the office staff is. In particular the Office Manager is one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with in a professional office. I have tried to discuss these issues with Dr. Mosch on several occasions, but he doesn’t seem to care. It is actually baffling as to why someone would want the face of their business to be someone who is so outwardly rude and disrespectful. We have been told that no appointments are available on multiple occasions when there are rather acute/serious health issues at hand. We have been long-time patients of this practice, but now that Martina (one of the past PAs who provided excellent care) is no longer there, we have no reason to stay as patients. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a new doctor, I would keep looking unless you are into rude office managers, unhappy staff, outdated equipment/surroundings, and long waits!

The office staff is the worse, they are rude and unfriendly, and not very helpful, I even had money missing from my purse when I left it in an exam room to have an xray. Dr Mosch is very good from my experience as far as diagnosing problems, however we never wait less than an hour to see him, and are often refused appts when ill. My biggest concern is that when I tried to discuss these concerns with Dr. Mosch he was not interested and ended the conversation, guess it is time to look for a new doctor.

Im a disabled iraq veteran and recently returned home. I chose dr. Mosch for his convinient location. I have to say i had a terrible time at his office. The staff are unprofessional and disrespectful. And dr. Mosch just rushes you out the door and dont even listen to your concerns. I would not recommended.

I have used Dr. Mosch for over 10 years. His office manager Cyndi Mcrae is the worst. She is very rude, and treats pt's like they are an inconvience. While signing in for an appt I have personally seen her stomp her feet and yell at her office staff. I have seen her throw things on the floor and pick a staffs desk up and slam it down. Dr. Mosch is a Nice man but rushes you threw your appt after long periods of waiting on him. His referral cordinator Pat treated me like I was an inconvience for her to get my referral. I think its pretty sad when you would into his office and everyone is talking about getting a new job because they are so miserable. DR.MOSCH NEEDS TO GET A REAL OFFICE MANAGER AND LOSE THE AWFUL ONE HE HAS NOW!
