He gets upset if a patient makes a suggestion. Feels challenged. I felt dominated and made to feel stupid. Made crude jokes

Dr. Swanson and Dr. Dziko have delivered two of my kids via c-section. The first one was an emergency and he saved my baby's life. He is a sweet man and knows what he is doing.

I didn't even make an appt because his staff was so rude. They would not give me a name to whom I was talking to and wouldn't even let me finish speaking. The one gal Michelle I had to force a name out of told me my cycle did not line up with my preg date,I didn't get to finsih what I was trying ot tell her. She then passed me on to another gal who won't give her name out either. Wow the first thing an person would ask me is WHO did you talk too. At this office I wouldn't know. We have been on this road for 8 years I think I know a conception date. I told them I wouldn't need to know the Dr. after knowing his staff. Good Docs are only as good as the help they have. Too bad people are so rude these days. I was really told great things about Dr. Swanson from a prior empl. of his. She said he was like a "Grandpa":o)

Absoultely love Dr.Swanson. He has delivered 2 of my children and is always willing to sit and talk about any issues. Unfortunately, this sometimes causes him to run behind a bit. Recently I went through a major surgery and spent a week in the hospital, he and his 2 partners were AMAZING. I was never treated like just another patient and always given the time to talk. I will go back forever and recommend him HIGHLY!!

Didn't have a good experience with Dr Swanson when we went through a miscariage. He was real matter of fact, blunt, and didn't use the best of words when dealing with this type of tramatic experience. He made me seem like a number and not a human being with feelings. We are pregnant again and went else where for care.
