She was my doctor for several years in Redding, CA. I liked her (when I could get in to see her). I just discovered she gave up her practice suddenly and moved out of state. I and many patients were not notified. I have had to scramble to find a new doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Herold for 8 years; she is a fine doctor if you can wait a few weeks to get an appointment. I fell and injured my back and neck -- which I had injured previously in a motorcycle accident. Dr. Herold had me get some x-rays, but the soonest appointment I could get was two weeks away! I left a message with Randy, Dr. Herold's medical assistant asking him to let me know if the x-rays showed I did more damage. So far no call back. Hopefully I did not break anything because by the time Dr. Herold sees me, it will be half healed anyway.

The women who take phone calls and make appointments are just plain mean and unfeeling. They could not care less if you are hurting or sick. They have a book of available appointments that they follow and they will not go out of their way for anyone no matter what the problem.

I love Dr. Herold. Takes time to call backs from her medical assistant (never her) who happens to be her spouse.

Dr.Herld is the best doc I have found in the Redding area. I have lived here for over 25 years. I am so thankful for her. She actually listens to you and doesn't act arrogant when you have a thought or idea about your healthcare. Is has become our family doctor. Mt daughter just loves her also...Randy too! I highly recommend her and were so thankful we found her.

another discriminating doctor. She needs to decide whether or not she will take you as a patient after you fill out gobs of paperwork. So if I'm not the "right person" (maybe the wrong color, etc) for her she can decide she doesn't want to see me. It's total BS.

Great MD. Dr. Herold really takes time to explain conditions. After some comical interactions with other doctors in Redding, it was great to finally find a competent doc to work with. Her staff is so-so but in Redding that is above average. Sometimes have to wait a while to get in (appt. at 2:00, sit in waitroom until 3:00 etc.), but I figure it is because she is taking the same care with other patients that she does with me. I'd rather pay that price to see her. Overall best MD I've found in Redding.

Dr Herold is a gem! She always has plenty of time for me, is thorough in her examination, and treats me with respect. She is professional and caring and I trust her completely. She is the best doctor I've ever had and I'm so glad to have connected with her.

This was my initial visit to a new doctor. I have several medical problems and was quite pleased with the amount of time she was able to spend with me.

I liked her very much at first. I saw her for several months. I ended up switching doctors, however, due to an incident where I called to ask a question about a medication I was taking, and despite repeated phone calls over the course of three weeks and repeated assurances from her staff that I would be receiving a call back from her, I never heard back. I even wrote her a letter. That was a year ago, I still have not heard a peep from her.
