I had not 1 but 2 cosmetic surgeries with this man , he’s no doctor. He didn’t do what was promised and the second surgery which was a bbl I caught an infection that had to be cut out and packed while I was awake, and had a weak type of local anesthetic that didn’t work I was in so much pain and the scars that I still have are awful he is terrible, I’ve been in hell ever since, I hope he pays for what he’s done to women and let’s not forget how they doctor up the pictures they had a on the site, when I told him about the things that was wrong he came up with a price to fix them and my response was I have kids in college and he said I’m paying for my daughters schooling also, then when my husband wouldn’t be with me he would say your security not with you. My body looks like I was experimented on. And I feel so shame.

He's not certified he scams women and he botch my surgery and tried to over charge me to fix his mistakes he didn't do my surgery right he lied he didn't give me what I asked for he's going to hell out here taken hard earn women money and giving nothing in return I say close him down permanently even on 94th and Western close him down he's a scammer

Do not go to dr.tinsley he is a fraud he don't know what he's doing he's messing women up and taking there money for work he know he doesn't know how to do women have been complaining he packed up and just jumped an moved without telling any of the women who had down payments on surgerys he knew he wasn't gone do or correct so for all the women that is looking for his m and they money he's in the building in chicago on 94th and Western ..now I see why women goes of town to get work done I give him ah 0....he just another blackman from the hood taking black women money...
