Gisele, the nurse practioner is mostly the one I see but Dr. Belanger comes in if something needs her attention. I've needed a few referrals & it was dealt with right away. I needed forms to be filled and never felt like I was taking too much of her time. I think we're fortunate to have a bilingual Health Centre and good care. Not long waiting period to see the Dr. either.

I have had health problems for years now. As a final ditch effort to discovere the cause of it all, I had asked for a referral to specialists. I was outright refused. In the end, I saw another doctor and immidiately diagnosed. I will admit that they are good at treating common ailments: infections, colds, etc.

While looking for scarce, new doctors in northern Ontario, we contacted this doctors office because we were informed that she was accepting patients. In phoning her office we were informed that she accepts only french speaking patients. This is Ontario, not Quebec, we're bi-lingual and not mono-lingual. I thought this sort of "cherry-picking" was not allowed !!

It's rare that I come out of the clinic satisfied. I did not feel that my symptoms were adressed properly. I'm happy, though, that others are satisfied with the services they give.

I and my children have Dr Belanger as my primary health care physician. If we can't see her we see her nurse practitioner. We have always had prompt and compasionate care. She is very soft spooken and takes the time to listen and care for you. We never feel rushed. Le Centre de Sante Communautaire offers a range of services that are there for the asking

I have only met her once (yet she is my doctor, i use her nurse practitioners). I have a birth mark on my head and the nurse practitioner had her come in right away, within a week, i was seeing a specialist....She doesn't waste time and I am happy that I have her for myself and my baby.
