Had to get a tooth pulled in August. I asled to save the tooth if possible and he told me it wasnt possible and proceeded to prod and it and put pressure on it until it broke. He then asked me "did you want to save this tooth" to which i responded "I wanted to, is it possible" to which he responded "oh you could have before I broke it, now I cant save it" The dentist then spent the first hour I was in the chair trying to remove it with his dental pick and small tweezers. When he finally realized that wasn't working the went and got the tooth extraction kit. Then proceeded to take another hour to remove it. The pick slipped approximately every 30 seconds and jambed into different areas of my mouth with his full weight behind it absolutely destroying the inside of my mouth, my gums and my throat. After he finally got it removed he wrote a prescription for me that was for penicillin even though I had told him 3 times that I was allergic and told me to take 200mg of ibuprofen every 3 hours. I informed him that I take more then that for pain normally and that I was already in significant pain even with the freezing still in but he told me "you'll be fine you just need to toughen up". After not sleeping that night because of the pain I was in I went to the doctor the next day who prescribed T3s as it was obvious that I was in significant pain. As an added bonus over the next 3 months 4 pieces of tooth worked their way out of the giant mangled home where my toothbrush once located.

WORST dentist and office i ever stepped foot in.
the Receptionist is nothing but snotty and rude, its so gross and smells like rotten mold in the building. every time work is done i am in unbearable pain. Dr. Goyls assist is extremely rude. i miss when dr N was working, so friendly and his assistant was an amazing person to have my side. other then that the clinic sure needs some work. and Dr. Williams needs to learn respect as well as his secretary.

Just seen Dr. Williams this past week to get two teeth extracted and I've never had a more unpleasant visit to the dentist. Very rough and brutal during the extraction, didn't seem to care about the questions I asked after the procedure (about healing and pain) and I could barely understand his answers. I will never come back to see him and will recommend that you find a more competent dentist.

I am very dissatisfied with Dr. Williams, went for an initial checkup and cleaning and was referred to a Dentist in Lloydminster for wisdom teeth removal. Upon my arrival in Lloydminster (which is an hour and a half drive - had to take a day off of work), I was informed they had never received the xrays/referral info from Dr Williams office. So basically I paid for several xrays which have now been lost, lost a days wages, and had to have more xrays taken at the office in Lloyd. When I called Dr. Williams office to question this I received no apology or sympathy for their error. I will not be going to Dr. Williams again.

I have gone to Dr Williams office for 6 years I have only seen him once when he worked on my root cannel and he did good as far as i could tell. Some of his staff are way to rough and unknowledgeable. One of the staff terrified my 10 year old so bad by being so rough she is terrified to go back " not a good thing as she needs a root cannel which I'm sure Dr Williams him self would do it him self and i believe he is good" I am also scared to go back due to the roughness of a staff member.i am currently seeking another dentist that's how I came about writing this review.

Went to Dr. Williams for years in Wilkie. Then he moved to Battleford, and never knew which staff member was going to work on you. Quite a change over in staff from one visit to another. When I was told my daughter had 14 cavities I had enough of Dr. Williams. Went and received a second opinion. Four years later, my daughter has only had one cavitly. Where did the other 13 go?

My family has been going to This office for a couple of years. His staff is so friendly and they get the job done effectively. My son is autistic and the dentist can be brutal, but they managed him and got in 2 fillings. I will continue to go there as well as my family.

I had a very brutal experiance. I told him that I thought he missed some of my tooth that he pulled. He blew me off. It is 6 weeks later and I am still removing pieces of my tooth from my gums. Plus he left my gums hanging off of the tooth behind the one I got removed and never gave me anything for the pain or gauze for the blood. I will never let him go near my mouth again.

Dr. Williams is a great no nonsense Dentist. He could use an online booking system, however his staff are efficient, and friendly. There are those who like to be coddled, and have a feel good Dentist, I am not one of them. If you need a tooth pulled it is your own fault most likely, and it is going to and should hurt a bit. He is by far the best Dentist in the area. Go to Dr. Williams, you will be very happy.
