Best doctor there is ! I travel from Oshawa to see him as do my 4 kids

Dr Wheler has been beem my family doctor for years. He is very friendly and he knows what he is doing. His attitude is very comfortable to patient. The new assistants is great and does their best.

Dr Wheler is awesome. He has been my GP for 30 years. Always compassionate and knows so much. He is not afraid to sent you to a specialist if you need to go. He has been helpful with seeing my son when he needed some forms to join the army. He is rarely late and always is friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. I live in Ajax now and I would not change drs EVER.

We have been seeing Dr Wheler as a family physician for several years now, and I can't begin to say enough great things about him, and the staff ( Kitsa is a miracle worker, and always so polite and friendly!). I have trouble believing the above ratings that proclaim him to be unfit, ailing, greedy or insensitive. He has been a very patient, clear, and informed physician, never once have we felt a need to complain about his handling of any situation we come to him with. He is a great advocate for his patients, and I would highly recommend him to anyone :)

Dr. Wheler is a very good family physician, whether young or old. I like the fact that he is also a training physician because it feels like you are having a complete physical all over again with the residents and students. They take a lot of time and ask lots of questions and I like that. His receptionist, Kitsa (which rhymes with pizza as she says) is amazing too. She is always smiling whether she is having a bad day or not.

I have seen ever been so unlucky as to switch to this doctor . He speaks down to me, rushes me, does not look me in the eye when attending or speaking to me, and sadly he acts too nonchalant about what he is treating me for. He always has way too many patients in his office. He has far too many interns in his office and sadly, some of those interns ask me more medical questions than he ever has. Certain tests I should have had because of my age should have been done at the beginning of our consultation and they never were, it was the interns that asked me if those tests had been done. And it were his interns that followed up on those tests. I am trying to find another doctor and if I have to I'll go back to the one I had before I moved here to Scarborough.

I've had the privlage of having Dr. Wheler as my doctor for the past 15 years. I'm impressed with his friendly attitude day in and day out when you see him. A door open policy when your really in need to see him. I credit him for saving my life when I was deathly ill!

Dr. Wheler has been our family doctor for almost 20 years, Hes fantastic. Always attentive, never rushes you. He diagnosed a kidney problem in my son when he was 4 that required surgery. 3 other doctors had missed it. His receptionist Nancy is fabulous as well!!!!!!

Dr Dave took me on as a patient when no-one else would due to chronic disease. He has been most helpful, kind, direct and compassionate. My son is also a patient and he is a young man he feels confident and comfortable speaking with him. The staff is good, overworked and stressed, but remain pleasant and professional. Highly recommend the good Dr. to anyone.
