Dr. Simon Tan has been my neurologist for 15 years. He has helped me with MG and kept me from relapse. He also has helped me with BP medication and a sleep study in which apnea was found. A very good doctor in my opinion plus he is associated with Baylor Hospital in Grapevine. He seems well connected in the medical community here. He is a good one!

I have been seeing Dr Tan for a while now, but today is my last day. I was told they took my insurance and have been to see him several times and now after several appointments and expensive testing, Im being told he is NOT in network. I was very upset after hearing this. The new ladies up front are very very rude and could care 5 cents about you. The staff is horrible to say the least. I think Dr Tan is a good Dr. but today is the last day I have to mess with that group of people.

Dr tan is amazing but his staff is HORRIBLE! I have been going to home for 10 years and I really like and trust him. It's taken 9 messages and finally I literally told the staff I was going to wait on hold and he will talk to me or I am driving up there and will talk to him that way.

Dr. Tan is a good Dr. BUT his staff is HORRIBLE!!!! They don't return calls promptly or even at all... they don't communicate with each other; I can't imagine how he has managed to stay in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. I really don't mean to be so hateful but trying to get anything done with this group of people is irritating!

Dr. Tan seems to be a good doctor. Although he doesn't listen perfectly, he did spend a reasonable amount of time with me, that is after a 45 minute wait each visit. His staff on the other hand is horrible. They are so difficult that I will never be back. It took them three weeks to fax me my medical records. It always takes several minutes to get help on the phone. And they are extremely slow when waiting for appointments. I have talked to friends who also see Dr. Tan and they have also stopped going just because of this HUGE inconvenience. He really needs to get a handle on his office.

I was hospitalized with severe life threatening seizures. hospital called him to ask his opinion on what to do and he blew them off. He also sent me for extremely expensive tests I didn't need.
