Awful experience. It took him a month to call back about the blood work results (I had to harass his staff, that was not really willing to do extra step either), and when he called, it seemed that he was annoyed by the fact that he had to do it. Will never go back to the practice, nor will I recommend it to anyone who needs a prompt courtesy service.
