I can't thank the doctor enough for taking me as an emergency promptly. It is very difficult for me to find a dentist who takes my insurance. Because of their compassion they do. That is more than I can say about the rest of the dental community.

I have been going to this dentist for years unfortunately because it's close to home and one of the only few who accept my insurance. The front desk receptionist is always so rude. I work 11-7 7 days a week and go to school fulltime for my RN, so appointment times are difficult for me. Trying to get an emergency appointment is impossible. I've been in excruciating pain for over 2 weeks and they are telling me their new policy is I need a cleaning 1st! !! I can't function w this pain yet they want me to sit through a cleaning 1st??? And only then make another appointment. ..I know in nursing we have ethics and guidelines but obviously not in dentistry. We are not allowed to leave people in pain but they did it w a smile. ..awful place to go

Dr. Michael Forman does very good work (my front tooth crown is now 17 yrs old and in excellent form). The hygenists are professional. However the office staff lost my payment. Had to put a stop-payment on check $35.00 + aggrevation...they are the reason I left. That was 2 years ago. Went into the office the other day, still the same chaos at the desk. Glad I went elsewhere.
