Worst doctor I have ever been to for my thyroid condition. No compassion whatsoever. It seems he didn't even listen to whatever I had to say and didn't even care. He gave me no direction whatsoever and told me maybe I have a psychological problem rather than a thyroid problem?! Don't wait your time with this doctor.

I have been under the care of Dr.Joseph for more than five years. My condition has not only improved but I am new person all thanks to the Dr.Joseph. He is courteous, very professional as well as his staff. Highly recommend!

I went to see Dr joseph for non diabetic hypoglycemia. His staff was lovely in person and on the phone. Unfortunately the doctor is condescending and downright rude. I was trying to explain to him how awfully my condition was affecting my quality of living, and he belittled it. When i asked him for any books to read or websites for more information, he responded, "i think you have enough information". RUDE! He also gave me the wrong advice about what my diet should be (diet is the only treatment), and I got very sick until my nutritionist told me to stop at once what he told me to do. After he belittled my experience I had a phone conversation where he was very vague about potentially having to send me to the hospital for a barrage of tests- talk about confusing. SO after a few days of panicking waiting for blood tests he ordered, I called the office and found out that they came in. I begged the woman to have him call me back, which he ignored. he called back a day later with no advice,

Very objectively speaking, he spent time with me. However, I had to engage him and ask him the "right" questions. I told him to prescribe me certain tests and he obidiently did that (possibly b/c of my health care background). However, I never recieved any call what so ever with my test results which were abnormal. I found the girl in reception a young girl to be very rude and abrasive. The nurse was nice.

The worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. Nurse took notes on my condition/symptoms for 15 minutes and Dr. Joseph didn't even look at them. Completely misdiagnosed me and laughed at me when I asked questions. RUDE.

I always accompany my disabled spouse to see him. She's been seeing him for 2 years now, and he still has not prescribed 24-hour urine, which everyone knows is an important test for a diabetic. The first time we saw him, after waiting for an hour and a half on what supposedly is the first appointment for the day, he only talked to her for about 5 minutes, and did not even bother to check her toes even though she's been diabetic for 5 years now.
