My child was scheduled for a surgery early morning. Dr Rouse kept delaying the surgery of a 10yr old child suffering from a torsion. She has a severe prejudice against family being nurses as soon as she knew this we were not taken seriously and did not recieve proper care from her. She was overheard speaking to someone on the phone about my family and how we like to use "big words" and we think we are speaking over her head. We just used proper terminology and this resulted in my daughter suffering for an unnecessary amount of time as well as furthering the possibly of her losing an ovary. I would have been a lot happier as well as my little girl if Dr Rouse would have been honest with us and referred us to someone else rather than her lying to us all day.

The first visit was fine with Dr. Gebka. Starting from my second visit, I needed to wait for hours to see her, Which was OK. Perhaps her other patients needed her for a longer time. But what frustrated me was when I was seen after such a long time waiting, She only talked to me for around 3 minutes. Then she seemed wanting to rush out. I still had so many questions to ask her. But she did not want to answer me any more. Can you imagine that? After waiting for her for two hours, She talked to me for around 3 minutes.
