Dr. Dawson is an exceptionally caring and compassionate physician. I work for a large hospital with access to hundreds of great doctors, but choose to stay with Dr. Dawson because he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his patients. I have presented with a dozen different issues, sometimes with numerous and complex symptoms, and Dr. Dawson always seems to understand exactly what's going on. He then lays out the options, risks/benefits, etc. very clearly so you can make decisions that are right for you. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson to anyone who wants a great physician with a kind and caring nature. This is someone you want to make your main family doctor.

Dr. Dawson really is an amazing doctor. He sits down and really listens to you. Both times i have needed to see him he has been very helpful and friendly. Its hard to find a doctor that takes 30 minutes out of his time to ask the right questions and find out whats really going on rather than just diagnose you with "whats going around" His staff is very friendly as well and i would recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!
