Medicaid / Medi-Cal
This doctor goes to several nursing homes and is treating (I use this term loosely) my husband's sister for stroke. She has gone to the emergency twice in one week for overdose of a Fentanyl patch. The nursing home had applied a second patch without removing the first patch. Her swallowing is paralyzed while they continue to feed her solid food.
