Dr. McKenzie has heart. He did everything he could for me and showed compassion when I was in pain.

Dr. McKenzie was kind and understanding. I loved his honesty. He didn't pretend to know what was wrong but was willing to try to help. He explained the MRI's thoroughly and answered questions patiently. His staff and PA were equally kind and understanding. That has not always been my experience with other doctors.

Dr. McKenzie was straight forward in my case and explained everything very well. He took time to listen to me before the procedure as well as with my follow-up visits. His nurses and PA were knowledgeable and pleasant.

When I couldn't get rid of my back pain, my physical therapist recommended that I go to Dr. McKenzie as he would listen and help me figure out what was causing my pain. I went to Dr. McKenzie who, along with other OI staff, helped me get a diagnosis. After trying some optional treatments, I went back to Dr. McKenzie for back surgery. Six weeks later I am doing well and am having no pain at all( why did I wait so long). Dr. McKenzie is knowledgeable and compassionate. He had the same surgery I did and was able to walk me through the entire process. I have my life back thanks to Dr. McKenzie. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenzie.
