Normally I don't give negative reviews, but this time I am giving this dentist 1 start, too bad there is no a 0 stars!
I took my son to this office for consolation only, before we headed there, I emailed them the X-ray images to them, during the office visit, my son was asked to do the X-ray again!
I received the bill and total amount was $296, the doctor checked my son's teeth and talked to me less than 8 minutes, the consolation cost was $162.
The receptionists were kind to us, the rest are so mean as could be. There was no smile no explanation no teat for my kid.
EXPENSIVE CHARGES, BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO GO THERE, NOT RECOMMENDED!

The absolute WORST dentist my children have ever seen! She is extremely unprofessional and has a horrible bedside manner. I do not know why or how she thinks she specializes in pediatrics. The staff ranges from pleasant and helpful to incompetent and rude. Scheduling appointments was easy, most likely due to patient decline after meeting Dr. Tran.

We have been going here for 1 year with good reports for both of my kids with NO CAVITIES. Very kid friendly and wonderful experience for children. However, it didn't make sense that my 6 yr. old child would go from zero cavities to 8 (including a crown) in 6 month time span! Estimated bill would be $1200+. We are getting a second opinion! I think she takes advantage of the fact that FEDVIP lists her as the only Pediatric Dentist in VA. Hmmmm...so we are waiting to change dental insurance.

She is not professional with our claim and made us not be able to get paid from our insurance. She didn't itemize our claim and mixed laughing gas fee with some facility fee. This causes our insurance company couldn't handle the claim. Even after the insurance company called her and asked her to separate those fees, she insisted not and made us not be able to be reimbursed from our insurance

Awesome experience after trying so many other places. My child allowed no one but her to treat years of untreated cavities. Also kudos to staff.

This place is rip off. The doctor has not much knowledge and very stuck up as well as unproffesional. The office manager is rude and very bad. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DENTIST!

Dr. Tran diagnosed my 5 year old with 8 cavities! I took her for a 2nd and 3rd opinion and both dentists told me 1 cavity and possibly 2 but they'd rather wait on filling the 2nd. I was shocked and outraged thinking of all the hours my daughter would have spent in the dentist chair unecessarily. While she is great with kids and has a nice office it still doesn't make up for the fact that she tried to overtreat my child. I'm so thankful I got another opinion and switched dentists!
