We are new clients, referred by my sister who insisted I get connected with Bedford Orthodontics for my children. Our first visit was right on schedule, the whole staff was kind and environment very welcoming. I loved how informative Dr. Barnard was . It took the guess work out of it. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Barnard was great at explaining what was going on with my teeth in a way I could understand, and gave me all my options so I was able to make an informed decision. I left with a clear dental plan and options for payment. It was a great experience

You phoned this morning to reschedule and the receptionist was very difficult to understand (talking too quickly, muffled).
At the appointment you were running so late I had to leave. A most frustrating experience. About 50% of the appointments I attend for two children are running more than 25 min behind. It’s quite an expensive service to be so poorly run.
