I was lucky enough to have Dr. Milone take care of me in the ER after a severe ankle injury. She was excellent and did all the right things to ensure a successful outcome. Very privileged to benefit from her expertise .

Dr. Milone was amazing during our visit to the emergency with our one year old. She was kind, thorough, and very informative. There’s not one bad thing I can say about the experience but thank you for you amazing work, Dr. Milone.

Dr. Milone calmed me down when I went into the ER with fear of miscarriage. She was kind and helpful.

I had a horrible experience with this woman. She was rude, discourteous and dismissive of my problems and I had to seek care elsewhere from a more compassionate physician who was shocked at some of the things she did. There are a lot of good doctors out there, but people like her should be ashamed and are an embarrassment to the profession.

She was only concerned with turnover. Her biggest concern was that the appointment finished. It was a poor experience and I would recommend anyone to look for a higher quality physician.

Virtual consultation with Dr.Milone via see the doctor.ca - she didn’t even video call but stuck to instant msging, despite the service being a real-time video call service. The chat barely lasted 10 mins, Dr. Milone would not respond right away, and she seemed to want to end the conversation pretty abruptly without asking about any symptoms, whether my mom had taken anything yet, and before asking if we had any further questions, which we did. I was speaking to her on behalf of my mother who was experiencing pain associated with symptoms of a UTI. Dr. Milone also said she sent a prescription to our nearby pharmacy and that it was ready for pick up the next day; however, the pharmacy said it was not available and told me to call the doctor again, which I had no way of doing since seethedoctor.ca does not provide contact info of the physician. I even tried nearby pharmacies in case the prescription was accidentally sent there, but nothing. I inquired about this to seethedoctor.ca’s support team - they said they “investigated and determined that the prescription was sent”, and no further support was provided from there. I wish they elaborated on what this “investigation” consisted of, because hours later and the pharmacy still did not receive the prescription. I am very unsatisfied with the “healthcare” provided by Dr. Stephanie Milone, and with seethedoctor.ca - would not recommend.

Rude and arrogant. I've never felt so belittled in my life. Some people just don't seem to have the empathy or attitude to work with patients. I won't be seeing her again.

Saw her right away and she was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Positive experience. Kind of surprised by the comments on here.

Very bad experience with this doctor. Misdiagnosed me and was rude and condescending. Overall, just awful. Try to see someone else.
