The person that posted in 2009 is not telling the truth. They've always called to confirm the day before the appointment as a curtsy and if they don't talk to me, they leave a message to call back. I've even called the next morning, the day of our appointments and we are still on the schedule. Talking to someone I know there about that 2009 comment, they only remove someone after several attempts to contact with more than one failed appointment. Great staff and a great dentist.

I LOVE Dr. Austin and Dr. Parks. They have been my denist for years and now they are my Daughters and Husbands. He is great with kids and does not do work that does not need to be done. His staff is wonderful and very polite. They fixed a tooth that another denist said could not be saved. My daughter was actually tramatized by another Denist in the area, but she has no problems going to see Austin and Parks.

I have always gotten great service from Dr. Austin, I have in fact moved away and still try to drive almost two hours to see Dr. Austin because he has a better knowledge of my teeth than any other Dr. I've seen.

You have to call them before 10:00 the day before to verify your appointment you made three months prior or they cancel your appointment. I have been trying to get my daughter in to have a abcessed tooth fixed for a year now. Three prescriptions later and another canceled appointment by them because I called to verify at 12:00 the day before. I forgot It had to be before 10:00. She now has a tooth that was half fixed from the last appointment 3 months ago because of the infection. They run them in and out like cattle! Now I find another dentist? Since when do you have to make an appointment twice? His partner Dr. Parks wanted to pull all my teeth out for dentures. I went to another Dentist and am a proud owner of partials and still have most of my own teeth!
