Best Dr but miss her old practice. Put up with the new place to see her.

I loved Dr. Klecan and HER staff. Unfortunately, now that she is with this new office, I cannot ever seem to get an appt with her if I am unwell. They always want to direct me, my husband or children to another staff member. Klecan always took the time to talk to me and understand my situation. Unfortunately with my last visit, one of the other doctors made me feel like I was unwell because I wasn't managing my stress well. He made all these assumptions without asking questions, including saying he can imagine I don't exercise and that I should consider exercising more to reduce stress. (I am not overweight and I am active -- and he said all this WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME HOW I MANAGE STRESS! I actively manage my stress!) In the end, turns out I was unwell because of nut, pork and other allergies (I had to take the initiative on my own to see an allergist).

I love Dr. Klecan and her staff. Dr. Klecan is supportive, personable, and knowledgeable. True healer!

I've been going to Dr. Klecan for years and loved the service and her thinking out of the box. But - this new group she's with leaves a lot to be desired. Seem like they are more interested in the bottom line. I've never been charged a office visit to just have my blood pressure check while I'm in town but they do now. She's one great doctor who really listens to her clients. Guess it time to find a good country doctor again. If Klecan opens her own practice again I will return. P.S. My rating sare for Dr. Klecan's staff only not the group she's with.

I love Dr. Klecan but getting an appointment at the new facility is next to impossible. I have a terrible sore throat and ear ache and was told I couldn't been seen by any of the physicians there until next week.

Wonderful bedside manner. Had to call after hours once and expected to get an answering service but got her instead. Truly cares about her patients, takes time to listen, and focuses on prevention. A gem of a find!

Dr. Klecan is very open and honest. She is very helpful and willing to think outside the box. I appreciate he willingness to work with all of the fears and restrictions I have, mostly due to another doctor's errors. She works hard to find answers to my issues, get the best referrals for me, and make me as comfortable as possible. She is the best kind of doctor, and I am lucky to have her on my team.
