Dr. Caines is one of the physicians following my pregnancy at the prenatal clinic. She has been incredible! When I felt my mood was low, she explained how metabolism changes in pregnancy, and assured me it would be safe for baby to bump up my antidepressant. When I was suffering chronic migraines during my pregnancy, she went above and beyond to find ways for me to feel some relief. And when I was having some unusual dizziness, she investigated and found that I may have an autoimmune disease that has decided to surface now that my body is undergoing so many changes. I am thankful for her patience, her knowledge, and her compassion.

I feel so blessed to have a wonderful physician in Dr. Caines! She is everything that we would wish to have in a physician--intelligent and caring, with a genuine interest in every single patient who is lucky to be in her care. She often goes above and beyond, seeing patients on short notice and following up when necessary. Brenda is equally wonderful and welcoming. They make a great team and it is a pleasure to enter an office that is often filled with laughter and ladies who love what they do!!

Dr caines is very kind, caring and attentive to my needs. Sometimes there is quite a long wait list for appointments and often have been over 1hr past my appointment waiting. However, the punctuality aspect has no relation to Dr. Caines service which is outstanding. Brenda is equally as accomodating, I do find her sometimes short and curt with some. Overall, Dr. Caines is extremely knowledgeable, open, and respectful.
