I wish I could rate Dr. Bhagaloo without involving his staff. Always on time, thorough and efficient. I’ve been with Dr. Bhagaloo for approximately 7 years and now have my sons going to see him. When do you have an appointment and are in and out before your appointment time. Never late. Getting an appointment and dealing with some of the staff can be a struggle. Once you get past those phone calls the frustration is worth it. Best Doc in town.

Total Hack. I saw him a few times out of desperation and I am seriously questioning my own intelligence for going back more than once . How this man passed Med school and got his MD will always be a mystery. I won’t repeat what has already been said but if I ever get that hard up for a doctor again I will go see my dogs Vet. He is impossible to communicate with and just does not seem to care about your health problems beyond collecting his fee. He should pick a safer profession, perhaps a career as a florist because a doctor he is not. That’s Regina for ya, nothing but the cream of the crop.

In person or on the phone he is so lazy not even worth your time or my time to write more. Everything unsavory, irritating and complicated all in one person. 0 respect for your time. Won't try to ease pain or figure out proper diagnosis. Everything about a doctor that you don't want unless your making him alot of money he can't be bothered.

I am so thankful to have Dr. Bhagaloo as my GP. I always feel like he truly cares about me and my health. I have not experienced the “ego” issues others have expressed, from my experience over the last 5 years he has always been so thorough and always requests appropriate tests and referrals to get to the root of the issue and ensure the best treatment. It may be harder to get an appointment with him (5-7 days sometimes) but he is always on time and I have never felt rushed out of his office. I honestly don’t know what I would do without a doctor like him!

This doctor seems to have problems with his ego and he has a short fuse. Perhaps he is competent enough as a doctor but I'm not convinced that he actually cares that much. Sounds like money may be paramount.

awful front end staff that didn't make referral appts until 3 weeks later when I phoned into them. then they lied saying it was done however when I called specialist they had not been contacted. all of a sudden then the receptionist starts telling me she didn't send the referral but will do it now . horrible service that patient must fight that hard to get anything done. the Dr is over confident and prescribed wrong meds. we left this clinic.

Dr bhagaloo up until recently has been a fabulous dr. I have had him as a dr for the past 4-5 yrs and I’m finding that it is getting harder and harder to get in to see him. I’m finding that he is becoming to busy to properly take care of his patiens. I have many health issues and if I’m wasnt for me keeping up with my blood results online things would of been missed as well as I have to keep on him to get things done. I should not have to do this as it’s his job as a dr.

Dr. Bhagaloo has always treated me with respect. Listens to my concerns. After many years of not feeling well he ran tests and discovered that I had two autoimmune diseases. I am now feeling much better. He does not hesitate when he feels a referral is needed. My only concern is how hard it is to book an appointment sometimes as he is very busy.
