I was referred to Dr Casazza for chronic lower back pain. After an expensive MRI and several unsuccessful rounds of PT, Casazza was unable to properly diagnose the cause of my problems or offer any remedy other than weight loss and exercise. He seemed oblivious to the fact that my back issues were exacerbated by heart problems that limited my ability to exercise. A second opinion diagnosed a severely degenerated L1 vertebra.

What a relief it was to find Dr.Casazza! He explains everything clearly and concisely, he focuses on wellness and treats his patients kindly and respectfully. He even returned to the examining room a second time because I forgot to ask him a question. His staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Casazza sees EVERY PATIENT who is put in any exam room. If he orders a test, he first explains it directly to the patient and why the test is ordered. Every patient is then scheduled to sit down with Dr Casazza to go over the test once the test is completed. He NEVER orders a test without seeing the patient FIRST. Patients are NEVER discharged after ordering a test.

My husband first had to pay for all services up front. He was taken back to an exam room and told to remove his shirts. He told the nurse that he would need help and she just stood there and watched him struggle, being very impatient. The nurse left and came back in a few minutes and asked the same questions he had already answered in the paperwork about his neck injury. She left again. Then she came back with his discharge papers and told him that he would have an MRI in a WEEK! (My husband has a pacemaker-on his chart- and an MRI would kill him.) She changed that to a CT scan in a week and told him he could leave. My husband asked if he was going to see a doctor and the nurse said not until the day AFTER his scan. When he said that he had questions, she told him again that he couldn't see the dr yet. He finally asked her the questions, she left the room again,ASKED THE DOCTOR the questions and came back and give him a one sentence answer to his many questions and discharged him.
