Dr. MYERS PERFORMED A ROBOTIC ASSISTED PARTIAL NEPHRECTOMY 4 YRS AGO AND NOW I AM CLEAN AND OFF WATCH. MAYBE THE BEST SURGEON, AT LEAST FOR ME.

On my initial consultation Dr Meyers was sure my prostate cancer was back and ordered a PET scan, assuring me .....‘it’s NOT curtains’ for me! After receiving said PET scan and it was clear with NO sign of metastasis, I was looking forward to my follow up appt. to discuss ‘a plan of action’. At nearly 5 pm the night before as I’d follow up appt I received a phone call from the Office Mgr CANCELING my appt!!!!! She stated that Dr Myers had said she did NOT need to see me since ‘it was NOT Cancer’......so much for ‘friendly, compassionate care’!!!! The day after Dr Myers Canceled my appt I get a txt stating I didn’t make my appt!! I called the office to reiterate that Dr Myers is the ONE that CANCELED said appt!!! Today I get a letter from Dr Myers that I ‘did not keep my follow up appointment...to discuss this further in person and make additional recommendations.’ Dr Myers IS the One that CANCELED my appt and now she is backtracking!!! Just seriously Pathetic and Sad!! I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND Dr Myers!!!

The entire procedure from setting the appointment,first visit, surgery and follow-up were professional and would recommend Dr. Myers and her assoicates to anyone. They are very caring and willing to talk about your circumstance. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. I knew about what I would need when I walked but learned more about what was really wrong or could evolve because of my personal issue. Thank you Dr. Myers
