Saw Dr. Touma at a walk in clinic a couple years ago. She did not use proper procedure to do a vaginal exam. She bent me over the bench and pulled my pants down to view the area quickly. It was very unprofessional and awkward.

Loved Dr. Touma. Had her for 10 yrs for myself and three children. Had to leave the clinic as I was so disappointed with her replacement.

She was a great doctor, it is unfortunate to see the other reviews and to know she has since retired. Her replacement is a disgrace and is ruining her clinic and turning off her old patients that were handed to him. I have no earthly idea how they came to choose him as a suitable replacement. She was on time, sympathetic, humorous, keen and kind. Flawless care for the most part.

My husband, myself and our three daughters where patients of her for around six years till she left. She was the best Dr we ever had! So sad to see her leave. She was always so sympathetic, professional, very knowledgeable and always made you feel comfortable.

I have been chronically ill for over half a decade. She is unwilling to help, listen, or provide any insight, effort or support. She is the door to a normal life for me and she's keeping it closed with her lack of knowledge, listening skills and compassion. Worst doctor in the history of doctors. Every appointment ends with her interrupting me to say she doesn't know what's wrong with me (maybe because she won't listen and just brushes me off) and me begging her to do something. Worst doctor I have ever experienced.

Her staff is always pleasant

I've never waited longer than 15mins to see her. Both my children and fiancé have her for a doctor and love going there as they get in quickly each time

She always takes any of my concerns with my children seriously and never brushes anything off. Best dr they've had so far!

I have found Dr. Touma to be helpful and even over cautious in some respects sending myself or one of my children in for tests or referrals to other agencies just to be safe. She has always responded with care and concern to my questions and gives me the time I have needed to discuss all issues.

Worst experiences with that clinic. You have to wait a long time before getting an appointment and when you do she is always very late and makes you feel rushed. I switched doctors.
