Stay away from this office. This doctor's family member is the manager of billing. Office waited two years to send anything about what the insurance did not cover and then it was sent from a collection agency. When my wife sent a letter questioning the bill they filed a collection warrant with the local court. Never had anything like this happen ever. Our credit is perfect. I've never missed a bill of any kind. Had I seen anything relating to a bill prior I would've paid it on the spot. This an outrageous practice and this doctor's wife has no business working in an office of this nature. Steer clear of this office, there are plenty of other high rated podiatrists in this area.

Dr. G correctly diagnosed acute tendonitis in my foot and designed a treatment plan consisting of anti-inflammatory meds, custom orthotic insert that took the pressure of the injured area, activity allowance that permitted me to continue activities but dial them back some to allow for healing, and later, an ultrasound treatment that accelerated the last wave of healing. I have regained complete use of my foot without pain. I would highly recommend Dr. G.

Dr. Gorenshtein has a wonderful office and clinical staff. HOWEVER, His office manager (his wife) is absolutely horrible to deal with regarding account issues. She refuses to talk to you about your account even if you are standing at the window. Felt so bad for receptionist she asked this manager and she refused. Need to call her on certain date of work between hours of such and such. Good luck getting her during these hours.. You could tell receptionist was very uncomfortable when manager refused to talk to me. Won't let you have surgery until you pay her what she tells you. even if they accept my insurance. and I have good credit with their office. Double billing for services has been a problem. I called my insurance carrier. This office was billing me for office visits which should have been included in my surgical charges. I spent huge amount of time with my insurance carrier and still working on it to get all their billing errors corrected. Impossible talking to the office manager again which is his wife. The staff is great but you can tell they are scared to ask her anything even when I say why can't she talk to me now. I am standing here right now and want to clear my bill now. I have heard other patients try to speak with her also. Forget it she won't do. Horrible customer service by management. I have no complaints about the doctor or clinical staff. Unfortunately won't go back because of office manager no matter how good the doctor is. Office manager is not friendly at all I don't believe I have ever seen her smile. Just keeps her back to patients. Pitiful. Check your billing statements good before paying and if needed call to confirm charges correct with your insurance department or carrier. There has been ongoing billing errors on this practice billings. won't ever be going back not because of the doctors but the wife of the doctor. Don't understand why the doctors in this practice can't see what a nightmare of an office manager she is.

I have been returning for months with pain and have not been treated for my issues. I have been put off repeatedly. I have had phone calls not returned on three occasions. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have had my surgery performed by a foot doctor.

Dr. Gorenshtein is the most caring and professional doctor I have ever met. He has performed two surgeries on me, one being this week. I felt compelled to write a fair and positive review. He has made a positive impact in my life and I hope to always be a patient of his. Dr. Gorenshtein is the hardest working doctor I know and always treats his patients with kindness and respect.

office staff was very unhelpful in reporting and coordinating insurance and payment transactions. Dr. Gorenshtein did not provide beneficial advice/service for a course of treatment or explanation of the medical problem.
