I have no negatives. Don't go in with expectations based on reviews here that you read, go and make your own when you see him. Go in with an open mind.
I personally have had no negative experiences with him, Dr Cash has worked with me over a number of years when required and supports my GP in my care. I couldn't ask for anything more.

My first time seeing a Psychiatrist so it was daunting but Dr Cash made me feel comfortable and heard. I've gone to previous GPs to discuss my mental health but have always been dismissed, so it was nice to know he was listening and willing to hear what I had to say. I'm saddened to read the negative reviews about Dr Cash and his staff, however I do understand that everyone's experiences are different. As someone who has previously been deterred from seeking mental health, I can recommend Dr Cash and confidently say that he makes me feel comfortable, heard and welcomed whenever we have a session.

Dr Cash himself has been great so far. Very empathetic and knowledgeable. His reception staff however are absolutely pathetic. I've had better service at the Night owl. Rude and condescending to me because apparently someone else had been spam calling them and she lectured me about her nonsense. Pathetic. Clearly anyone seeking Dr Cash's help is having some kind of issues, yet the reception will lecture callers over petty rubbish. She made me feel horrible and now i don't want to rebook. This alone makes me say DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PRACTICE. This is not the only example, similar rudeness when my partner called as well.

I am so shocked to read the harsh reviews on Dr Cash on the page. My experience has been exceptionally positive. Dr Cash has treated me since 2012 for a number of psychological challenges including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Over the last 6 years he has been consistently accurate in his diagnoses and treatment and very careful in prescribing medications for my conditions which many shrinks over prescribe. I cannot fault Dr Cash’s professionalism, clinical skills and experience. I am very grateful to have a psychiatrist who I feels cares and supports my journey back to wellness.

misrepresented my PTSD on the DVA report. What we had Discussed during session was completely thrown out the window and disregarded on my DVA report. I had to stop doing almost all recreational activities because of my PTSD yet Dr. Cash seemed to think that I’m busy almost every day aparently?? Also expressed my concerns with ED and that has been completely disregarded. Very unhappy, have gone elsewhere and will be letting people know of the incompetence.

I give Dr Cash a big fat Zero in rating.

Dr Todd Cash is completely incompetent!!

After sitting in his dusty/ hot little wait room while he review my file for 20 minutes, he then invites me into another small dusty room to talk about my current pain. He seemed completely oblivious as to what it was I was saying as he just stared at me with a very vacant expression on his face.
Not impressed!! I won’t be recommending him to anyone.
