Horribly rude staff. doctor was great. Went in for a wellness check and they charged me a copay when it was to be free. Got passed from front desk to billing and then to the insurance lady Kathy and at each level it was worse. Kathy said she has been doing the insurance for over 30 years and has never heard of getting a free wellness check that is associated with Obamacare. When I asked more questions she got more and more rude. I will never go there again because of the staff.

I have never been treated so poorly in my adult life like my family and I were at this Doctor's office by the staff. My children and I started with this Doctor's office when we moved here. Two of my children have adhd and needed to be on medication. One of my children was being seen by the nurse practitioner for about a year and was treated well. She was fully aware of all of his conditions and had no problem treaing him. I was very satisfied with her care but the staff was extremely rude. I came in to give back a prescription form to trade in for a different one and wand waited for about 5 minutes at the front desk for the staff to even turn around to help me. They talked amongst each other and then finally asked what I needed. I explained that I was there to get a new paper prescription. She asked in a very judgemental tone as to why I would need to do that, when it was none of her business and the nurse had already written the prescription. I explained that it was because my insurance changed and we could not afford the prescription my son was oShe did not ask for the old script back so I offered to give it to her. She then said of course we need it back, you can't have both. On another occasion when my husband tried to get an appointment to develop a relationship with the doctor, he was called the day before and denied his appointment befause they said he had adhd and they would not treat him. He does not, and had told them when he made the appointment that he took medication for anxiety. I had to call and talk to them and explain that he clearly did not take medication for adhd and that the office staff was wrong. When we had my other child with adhd go in for a cold, I asked the nurse practioner if she was comfortable handling a child with adhd and no other issues and she said yes let me make a reminder in the file that I said I would handle her so that the staff would know. When I called to get her script, the staff said they needed her records from her other doctor. I ordered them but never heard back on the script. I called in every two days for two weeks and got the same answer from the staff that the nurse was reviewing the documents and that she would get back to me. After 3 weeks and my daughter being off of her meds for 2, I called and they said that they hadn't gotten the records. I said that I had been calling for 3 weeks and they said that they had them and were reviewing them so something was wrong. They said that they would call back. When they didn't call back again I called and they said that they were recommending a psychiatrist and that they would no longer see my daughter as well as my son who had been going for almost a year to them. Clearly I was upset, and start4ed crying because the psychiatrist they were recommending, they had already tried to get my son into but she did not take our insurance. I started crying and begged them to at least have a conference with me so that we could go over doctors and get my children in so that they could get back on their meds. She said in a very rude voice that that is what they were trying to do. However she didn't even realize that my son was not a new patient and said that they had only been seeing him for a couple months. I said that they didn't know what they were doing to these children and that they needed to be on their meds and we had been waiting for them for 3 weeks. She then lied and said that I never ordered the records from the other doctors office. I went into their office to sign the document to have them sent to she clearly didn't know what she was talking about. I( then, sobbing, said could someone please light a fire so that my children could get into a doctor quickly and she said they would work on it. I never heard another word from their office. Months went by and we just received a letter from them that they were now dropping me as a patient because I used foul language and a rude tone with them. If soffing and begging is foul language and a rude tone then I guess it was. There is something fundamentally wrong with the staff in this office and there is obviously a serious breakdown between communication between staff and doctors. The really sad part of all of it is that we really loved the doctors but an office that cares more about covering themselves from a lawsuit than treating a family with respect does not deserve out business. I only wish that the doctors were aware of how poor their staff is trained in treating patients with disabilities. My husband was treated like a drug addict and my children were dropped from care without clearly reading their files to see that they had already called the psychiatrist to see if we could go there and offered no other doctors to help them. Worst staff ever. Do not slander someone's character to cover your own inefficient abilities.

Incredibly difficult office to get in touch with. I was on hold once for nearly 15 minutes. I also have called multiple times and the phone is busy.

He only spent about five minutes with me and showed very little concern with my problem. He was in a hurry and didn't listen to me very carefully. I don't recommend him.

Very disappointed. Went in to discuss a serious depression & anxiety problem and he wouldn't even consider it. Gave me a sleep aid prescription and said that's all I need. I brought up my serious depression a total of six times to him and his staff and he refused to talk about it. I've been on the verge of suicide.

Excellent doctor, listens, knows his stuff, responds to questions, low key, professional, doesn't push stuff on you, efficient. saved my granddaughter life after another doctor ignored her symptoms (ruptured appendix)
