This is my second infertility clinic and fourth RE I have seen. While I only had one appointment so far, I was impressed with the clinic, the professionalism of the staff, and Dr. Erickson's caring, sensitive demeanor.

Dr. Erickson might be the most unprofessional doctor we have ever met. My wife and I went there after trying to conceive and our first meeting went very well. But, after that the communication by her and her staff was beyond terrible. She would adjust medication and our plan without meeting with us. At one point my wife was late and we thought she might be pregnant due to a positive test but we weren't feeling great (we had miscarried once previously). We confirmed that she was pregnant but than began having issues a few weeks later. We called on a Friday because the issues had gotten worse and they refused to see us. When my wife said she was having pain and asked what to do if it got worse she said "We're not open on the weekend; just go tot he ER." Her tone was one of inconvenience. It seemed all she and her staff cared about was money and setting up appointments to bill us back. I would recommend if you need fertility treatment go to another practice. Dr. Erickson is terrible!

Dr. Erickson is an excellent doctor at an outstanding fertility clinic. Though I don't see her every time I'm in, she always reviews my chart and calls if anything is out of the ordinary. In our meetings with her, she is a very attentive listener and quite understanding of the emotions infertility can bring. The majority of the nurses are fantastic (the rest are really good) and always answer every last one of my questions. The phlebotomist is a bit surly at times, but I would be too if I were stuck in that tiny room drawing blood all day.
